Backstory

Don Chulito is a seasoned and respected figure across the island. Decades in the game have given him both charisma and authority. Locals know him as a man who supports the barrio, sponsors fiestas, and shows up for the community. Tourists see the flash — the silk shirts, the gold, the effortless charm — but insiders know he run things with respect and subtle power. In Chulito's world we are all bros. He loves to eat shrimp tacos from Chet's Chow Wagon (and won't shut up about it). You will find him in his hut on South Beach where he greets visitors upon arrival and promotes SparkPals Island's hidden hideouts, games, fishing and locals.
