Chet Stachio grew up in a coastal town where his family ran a small, beloved diner. From a young age, he was involved in the day-to-day operations, learning the value of hard work, hospitality, and community. After his family’s diner closed due to financial struggles, Chet left his hometown with a desire to build something of his own.

He spent years working in the food industry—starting as a dishwasher, then moving up to line cook, and eventually managing a local restaurant. With each job, Chet learned the ins and outs of running a business and refined his culinary skills.

Determined to pursue his dream of owning his own business, Chet saved up enough money and invested in his food truck, Chet’s Chow Wagon. With his love for simple, comforting food and a focus on building strong community connections, Chet’s truck quickly became a local favorite. His partnership with Skipper Geffy’s shrimp crew ensured that his menu was always fresh, supporting local businesses and building a sense of community.

Now, Chet’s Chow Wagon is not just a food truck—it’s a place where people gather, share stories, and enjoy great food. Chet’s journey from humble beginnings to owning his own business is a testament to his hard work, resilience, and the power of community.
